This time as well your meeting brought together the representatives of political science, scientific, public, and business circles of our countries. This was stated in the message by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to the participants of the Second Russia-Armenia Public Forum in Moscow Friday. The message was read by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin at this event.

The message states as follows: "I will especially note the participation of youth activists in the forum. The agenda of the event includes a wide range of important issues. I hope that you will pay close attention to such upcoming memorable dates in our shared history as the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War [in World War II], and the bicentennial of the signing of the peace treaty of Turkmenchay.

I am sure that your event will take place in a friendly atmosphere, will enable to comprehensively analyze the main aspects of Russian-Armenian multifaceted relations, outline the ways of their development and, most importantly, will contribute to the strengthening of trust and mutual understanding between the two fraternal peoples."
