The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is following the developments in Syria through the bodies of the RA diplomatic service. Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan told “Armenpress,” confirming her earlier statement that there are no casualties among Armenian citizens as a result of the events in Syria.

“The RA MFA is monitoring the development of events through the bodies of the RA diplomatic service in Syria. As we have already said, at the moment, we can inform that there are no Armenian citizens among the victims. The RA Embassy in Damascus continues its activities in emergency mode,” Ani Badalyan said.

According to her, the Armenian Consul General in Aleppo continues his work from Damascus.
