Turkey is trying to reach a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. This was announced by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the opening of the annual conference—in Ankara—of Turkey’s ambassadors abroad.
"We [i.e. Turkey] continue to make efforts to put an end to the war in Ukraine, to eliminate the risk of escalation associated with the recent events," said Fidan, and called Turkey a "reliable interlocutor" for the parties to this conflict.
