We have reached the last phase of ensuring peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated in his address at the Turkish parliament, reports Haber Global.
"There is a ray of hope for peace in the South Caucasus region. We are in the last phase of securing peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Our country supports the bilateral negotiations [between Azerbaijan and Armenia]," said the Turkish foreign minister.
