During the last five years, 66 flights were made from Yerevan to Baku and vice versa, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia told Sputnik Armenia.

On December 11, it became known that a charter flight was carried out from Armenia’s capital Yerevan to Azerbaijan’s Baku, and it was ordered by an international company. In response to Sputnik Armenia's written request, the aforesaid ministry replied that this flight was not the first.

"During the last five years, starting from 2020, 66 state flights were carried out from Yerevan to Baku and vice versa for the purpose of transporting international delegations," the ministry explained, in particular.

Moreover, airplanes on the Yerevan-Baku-Yerevan route carry out flights on two trajectories.
