The Kremlin expects that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who was unable to go to Saint Petersburg, Russia for the unofficial CIS summit due to a positive covid test, will attend the EAEU summit via video link, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, TASS reports.
"We hope that tomorrow—and tomorrow will be the scheduled part of the EAEU summit—he [i.e. Pashinyan] will be able to participate via video link," the Kremlin representative told reporters Wednesday.
