The police arrested the man who took a woman hostage in a Volksbank bank branch in Rimbach, Germany, the local police informed on X.
The woman was not injured.
The operation of the law enforcement bodies has been completed, other details are not presented yet.
The unidentified man broke into the aforesaid bank branch in the morning and, armed with a knife, held a woman hostage there.
