The area of wildfires in California has exceeded 300 hectares and continues to grow, KTLA television reported on Tuesday.

The natural disaster is spreading in the suburbs of Los Angeles.

The fire is estimated to cover an area of 772 acres (312 hectares).

More than 100 firefighters are trying to put out the fire.

The situation is complicated by a strong wind with gusts up to 29 m/s.

No casualties or injuries have been reported yet.
