Zhoghovurd daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: For whom or for what purpose is [PM] Nikol Pashinyan avoiding to make public the documents of the Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] negotiations of all times? What is the prime minister who declared himself "democratic and out of the bosom of the people" afraid of?

As the prime minister's Office had informed [Radio] Liberty, Nikol Pashinyan has instructed "to inventorize the Karabakh negotiation papers in the MFA" in the 7th year of his tenure, and the rationale is as follows: "the possible publicizing of the package from the point of view of Armenia's state security interests, after discussion and evaluation." That is, a decision must be made whether or not to publicize certain documents.

The question arises: and from whom is Nikol Pashinyan hiding the negotiation documents, or what dangers does he see if the broad international community, even the enemy countries—Azerbaijan and Turkey—fully know all the details of the negotiation process?

The question arises: what dangers does Nikol Pashinyan see and why does he not make public what has been negotiated for years regarding Artsakh (…)?

It turns out, to put it bluntly, the whole world knows about the negotiation process, knows every documented detail, but Nikol Pashinyan is still playing cat and mouse and keeps the negotiation documents secret from his own people now.
