At the moment, Washington has nothing to consider or announce regarding the signing of a document on strategic partnership with Armenia, the US Department of State said in response to VOA's question.

The VOA Armenian Service had asked whether a meeting is scheduled between the officials of Armenia and the US in the near future to move the bilateral relations to the level of strategic partnership. In that regard, it had asked what documents will be signed between Washington and Yerevan. Whether the US State Department can elaborate on the process related to the US-Armenia strategic dialogue, and whether Washington intends to continue that dialogue with Yerevan under the incoming US administration.
