The court hearing of the soldier with Armenian origins Sevak Sahin Balikci, who was murdered by his comrade on April 24, 2011, took place in Diarbekir’s Military court on Friday.

As the Turkish Firat Agency informs, the court decided to interrogate the witnesses, to explore the area and then postponed the hearing to March 27, 2012.

The parents of Sevak Ani Balikci and Karabet Baliki, his uncle, lawyer and also the murderer Kvanc Agaoglu were present during the hearing. The later was released from custody in the courtroom.
