Trade and economic relations between Russia and Armenia are on the rise. Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov stated this during the talks with his visiting Armenian counterpart, Ararat Mirzoyan, in Moscow on Tuesday.
"We just talked about trade and economic relations, which are on the rise. The trade is reaching a record level—almost $12 billion last year, according to statistics," said Lavrov.
