Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said that 66 people were victims of a fire at the Grand Kartal Hotel in the Kartalkaya ski resort in Bolu province.
“Unfortunately, as a result of the fire, 66 people died and 51 were injured. A total of 238 guests were in the hotel at the time of the fire,” the minister told reporters at the scene.
