Armenia has proposed the Crossroads of Peace project within the framework of the unblocking of communications, made proposals on a peace treaty, and this will continue to remain on our agenda. This was stated by the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, speaking with reporters Thursday.

Grigoryan reiterated that the peace agenda is a priority for Armenia, in terms of a peace treaty, border delimitation, and several other matters.

“We [i.e. Armenia] are not asking for peace, we are proposing peaceful solutions to all existing problems. We have submitted proposals to Azerbaijan [on the draft peace treaty] and are waiting for Azerbaijan’s response. The proposals concern two articles on which the parties have not yet reached a final agreement. We have publicly spoken about these articles. We hope that we will find solutions,” noted the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia.
