The commanders of the ground forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey met in Ankara, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense said, APA reports.
According to the information, the Deputy Minister of Defense and Commander of the Land Forces of Azerbaijan, Hikmat Mirzayev, met with the Commander of the Land Forces of the Turkish Armed Forces, Selcuk Bayraktaroglu.
