More than 20 people are trapped under the rubble of a five-story building that collapsed in New Delhi, India, local authorities said, reports ANI news agency.
Emergency services have managed to rescue 12 people.
Two people who were in the building at the time of the collapse have died.
Rescuers continue to work at the scene.
This building was newly constructed, and finishing work was underway there.
The cause of the collapse is being determined.
