Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The [Armenian] authorities have found the way to continue the activities of [Armenian] NGOs deprived of grants from the US Agency for International Development (USAID); a decision has been made that they shall be financed not from state funds, but from the money of oligarchs close to the authorities.

According to our sources, about a dozen oligarchs from the upper echelons of the authorities have already been informed that they are obligated to finance the Western agency network so that they do not need money and continue to defend [PM Nikol] Pashinyan's power on all airwaves, without giving each other a turn.
