The First President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan,  received Iranian Ambassador Mehdi Sobhani at his residence Thursday, informed Arman Musinyan, the press secretary of the First President of Armenia.

During the talk, which lasted about an hour and a half, the current state of Armenian-Iranian relations and the prospects for their deepening were touched upon.

Also, the First President of Armenia expressed his admiration for the Iranian ambassador’s extremely informative press conference recently held.
