Talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump could take place by late February or later, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, according to RIA Novosti.
"Western media write a lot, our media write a lot... It could happen, it could not happen," Peskov said, answering the question of whether talks between Putin and Trump could take place by the end of February.
