Armenian ambassador to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan did not attend the meeting between Russian deputy foreign minister Sergey Ryabkov and the ambassadors of the other member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

“The RA MFA [i.e. the Republic of Armenia Ministry of Foreign Affairs] said that there is no change specifically on the matter of participation in the CSTO format, there was no participation [by Armenia],” reports Sputnik Armenia.

Russian deputy FM Ryabkov discussed the latest Russia-US contacts with the ambassadors of the other CSTO member countries.
