Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, had a telephone conversation with Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of Russia, the NA informs.
The interlocutors discussed the agenda of Armenian-Russian relations, as well as cooperation in the CIS IPA Council and some other platforms.
The organizational matters of Valentina Matviyenko's planned official visit to Armenia were also touched upon.
