An Armenian delegation led by the First Deputy Minister of Defense-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, is on an official visit to Greece at the invitation of the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, General Dimitrios Choupis.

An official welcoming ceremony was held Thursday in honor of Asryan—and featuring a guard of honor and a military orchestra. Also, the national anthems of both countries were played, informs the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
