French Ambassador Olivier Decottignies made a post on X—and in Armenian, informing that he is visiting Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia Friday.
“Vayots Dzor Province is located in the stronghold sector of Armenian territory partially occupied by Azerbaijan. It is a province of strategic importance. The headquarters of the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMA) is located here,” added Ambassador Decottignies.
