Vladimir Zelenskyy's spat with US President Donald Trump not only exposed the deep cracks in the existing world order, but also marked the beginning of a new world of uncertainty, where decisions are no longer made in a vacuum, said Iranian foreign minister Abbas Araghchi.
“The recent spat between Donald Trump, [US Vice President] JD Vance, and [Ukrainian President] Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the White House was not an ordinary manifestation of disagreements. This incident has lifted the curtain on the deep cracks that are only widening at the very heart of the existing world order,” Araghchi wrote in his editorial in the newspaper Ettela'at.
According to Iranian FM, there are many theories about the motives and causes of this dispute, but it is clear that it has ushered in a new “world of uncertainties, where decisions will no longer be made in a vacuum.”
