The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has documented the execution of 568 people, including women and children
Specifically in the Syrian provinces of Latakia, Tartous, Hama and Homs, the total death toll in 29 massacres reached at least 568 people, including women and children.
The killings were religiously motivated.
It is noted that the security forces, Ministry of Defense personnel and their allied forces committed war crimes and violated human rights.
