The trilateral working group of Moscow, Baku, and Yerevan has not been closed. If the other partners petition, Russia will be happy to continue its work. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told this to reporters on the margins of the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, TASS reports.

“As for the trilateral working group of deputy prime ministers [of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan], it was established within the framework of the [trilateral] statement of November 9-10, 2020, respectively, by the joint statement of the leaders of the Russian Federation, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. Now it is in a kind of ‘sleeping’ state; this can be stated. But we know that contacts are being held between partners on this topic,” Overchuk said, answering the respective question.

"No one has closed it. And if the partners petition to us, and if we can be helpful in some way—and we can be helpful, then we will, of course, be happy to continue this work. But it depends on the [other] partners," added the Russian deputy PM.
