Vahan Kostanyan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, on Tuesday met with Diego Martinez Belio, the State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain, on the sidelines of the Raisina Dialogue 2025 conference in New Delhi.

The interlocutors discussed a wide range of matters on the bilateral agenda, informs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

Also, the Armenian deputy FM briefed on the positive reactions of international actors regarding the finalization of the draft of the "Agreement on Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan," and emphasized the importance of the presence of confidence-building mechanisms in the context of establishing lasting peace in the region.
