There is a high probability that Azerbaijan will try to put off the signing of the peace treaty with Armenia. Anders Fogh Rasmussen, founding president of Rasmussen Global international political consultancy organization and former NATO Secretary General, told this to a press conference in Ijevan, Armenia on Thursday.

According to Rasmussen, the aforesaid is evidenced by the fact that Azerbaijan is raising a matter that was not discussed during the peace talks. It is about the demand to change the constitution of Armenia, he explained.

It is a very complicated process. Even if there is a great desire to take such a step, it will take a lot of time to implement it, noted the NATO former Secretary General.

Let us add that Azerbaijan demands also the withdrawal of international lawsuits and the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, which is engaged in the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
