Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: According to some information, after the mutual agreement on the text of the "peace treaty" [between Armenia and Azerbaijan], the [Armenian] authorities have put all [their] diplomatic resources into action and have done a lot of work so that as many representatives of the international community as possible would welcome this "heroic, courageous" step of Armenia.

With this, [Armenian PM] Nikol Pashinyan is actually trying to exert psychological pressure on the Armenian public and to a lesser extent on [Azerbaijani president Ilham] Aliyev so that he sign the agreement without derived preconditions.

However, if the Armenian public is really depressed by these praises, the international community's reaction has zero value for Aliyev. Quite the opposite; he has gone on the counterattack and with disinformation that as if they [i.e. Armenia] are shooting at his border, he is responding to the public that he is not going to sign an agreement with the "aggressor," and will insist on and get what he wants.
