Representatives of Russia and the USA have started negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. A source close to the Russian delegation told TASS.
The Russian delegation had earlier arrived at The Ritz-Carlton hotel.
Saudi Arabian State Security Service officers asked the journalists to leave the hotel.
