An investigation is being conducted in connection with the shootings by Azerbaijani Armed Forces at Khnatsakh on the night of March 31.  The press secretary of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Kima Avdalyan informed.

On the fact of the incident criminal proceedings were initiated under the 7th and 15th paragraphs of the 2nd part of the 44-155th articles of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of a person by means dangerous for his life, on the motive of hatred, intolerance or enmity on the grounds of racial, national, ethnic or social affiliation, attitude to religion, political or other beliefs or other circumstances of personal or public nature) and the 1st part of the 335th article (illegal possession of firearms). Ballistic and forensic commodity examinations have been appointed.
