The council for the protection of the rights of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) residents has convened another discussion Monday at Freedom Square in downtown Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.

These Artsakh residents demand to review the decision by the government of Armenian and continue providing them the 40+10 thousand-dram assistance.

However, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan had announced at the meeting that the decision to end this assistance will not be canceled.

The Artsakh residents who have been forcibly displaced to Armenia by Azerbaijan have announced that they are planning a large rally in the near future.
