According to Pastinfo's diplomatic source, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stopped overnight in Dubai, where he held an unofficial meeting with an Azerbaijani delegation.

“There was no unannounced visit, including to the UAE. On March 28, Mirzoyan returned from Kazakhstan, where he was on an official visit, on an Astana-Dubai-Yerevan flight. He had no official meetings or unofficial contacts with representatives of any country in Dubai,” the Foreign Ministry said in response to Pastinfo's inquiry.
