According to preliminary information, about 50 representatives of Armenia’s civil society were subjected to a targeted phishing attack on the Signal app—and in the name of Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Armenia, information security expert Artur Papyan warns.
