The CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting has kicked off in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in a limited format.
Armenia is represented at this event by Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan.
Before the meeting began, the participating foreign policy chiefs of the CIS countries were greeted with a handshake by Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Murat Nurtleu.
