Following the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group and the elimination of “territorial claims,” no obstacles will remain for signing a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia and restoring interstate relations. This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a panel discussion at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
According to him, “after these necessary steps, there will be no further obstacles to finalizing and signing a peace agreement and establishing interstate relations between the two countries.”
Thus, Azerbaijan once again interferes in Armenia’s internal affairs and attempts to deprive Armenians of Artsakh of their right to return to their homes.
It should be noted that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Georgian counterpart Maka Bochorishvili also took part in the discussion.
