Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, on Monday had a telephone conversation with the speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili.

The interlocutors discussed matters on the development of opportunities of regional cooperation, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the NA.

Also, holding a meeting between the heads of the parliaments of Armenia and Georgia in the near future was agreed upon.
