The shots coming from Azerbaijan have no chance of legitimization at all. Deputy speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia and the latter’s special representative for the normalization of relations with Turkey, Ruben Rubinyan, stated this while speaking with reporters Tuesday.
“Because the use of force is not an acceptable thing at all under any circumstances,” Rubinyan added.
