The Iravunk daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in particular: Former RA ambassador to Poland Edgar Ghazaryan has reflected on the regular diplomacy forum organized by the MFA of Turkey, held in Antalya.
“For the third time in a row, [Armenian] foreign minister Ararat Mirzoyan and NA [(National Assembly)] deputy speaker Ruben Rubinyan are participating in that forum. Deputy foreign minister Vahan Kostanyan, who was not mentioned on the list of delegates, also participated. Most likely, he went as an assistant. He has been Ararat Mirzoyan’s assistant all his life.
By the way, Ararat Mirzoyan had a separate meeting in Antalya with Turkey’s foreign minister Hakan Fidan, who until then was the head of Turkey’s special service, when Ararat Mirzoyan and his wedding best man, now the chairman of the NA [Standing] Committee on State and Legal [Affairs] Vladimir Vardanyan, worked at the Armenian Genocide Museum Institute, from where, according to the statement of the institute’s former director Hayk Demoyan, important documents disappeared at that time.”
