Relations between Baku and Moscow are normal and good. This was stated by Foreign Minister Bayramov, Azerbaijani resources report.
"There are moments with a difference of opinion. For example, regarding the war in Ukraine. Azerbaijani policy is based on recognizing the territorial integrity of countries, including Ukraine.
In general, Azerbaijan is a supporter of good-neighborliness, on which economic and political relations depend," Bayramov said.
