The matter of US President Donald Trump's attendance to the Victory Day military parade to be held in Moscow on May 9 has not been discussed. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, in response to the question by TASS about Trump's possible participation in the festive events.
"There was no talk about it," the Kremlin official clarified.
Earlier, Peskov had reported that the military parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War was expected to be attended by more than 20 heads of state and government. He had noted that Russia would be glad to see everyone who wants to celebrate that day at the celebration.
