Moscow has not received a response from Kiev in the last 24 hours to Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal for contacts on the idea of limiting strikes on civilian objects, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, RIA Novosti reports.
"We have not heard, no," Peskov said, answering a question from a Russia-1 television journalist as to whether Moscow had received any response from Kyiv in the last 24 hours to Putin's proposal to hold contacts to discuss the proposal not to strike civilian objects.
Peskov added that work was underway to find ways to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
