Today, on April 24, we pay our tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. The European Union civilian monitoring mission in Armenia (EUMA) on Thursday noted this in a statement on X—on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

“This day is a reminder, that we must do all within our power to prevent such atrocities from occurring again,” EUMA added.

This year marks the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Every year on April 24, hundreds of thousands of Armenians silently march to the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan, and lay flowers in memory of the approximately 1.5 million victims of this tragedy.
