We support strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and ensuring sustainability of the peace agreement, said European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, European Commission Vice-President Kaja Kallas, during a joint press conference with Azerbaijan's foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov, in Baku, APA reports.

"We had good discussions on the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We actively support the strengthening of ties between the two countries, ensuring the stability and implementation of the peace agreement. I welcome the agreement on the text of the peace agreement with satisfaction. I hope that the next steps will be more effective," Kallas noted.
