French MP Constance Le Grip in social network X sharply commented on the post of EU diplomacy chief Kai Kallas, who called Azerbaijan “an important partner in the region”.
“And what about the 23 Armenian political prisoners still in jail in Azerbaidjan, Mrs High Representative ? Did you discuss their case with your counterparts ? The European Union should have the courage to speak loudly for freedom and democracy vis-à-vis authoritarian regimes ! ”, she wrote.
