Ukraine and the United States have agreed that the agreement on joint mineral extraction, which the two countries intend to sign, should not take into account the military aid that Washington provided to Kyiv before the signing of this document, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal informs.

Shmyhal wrote on social media that such an agreement was reached during his visit to Washington and talks with US Treasury secretary Scott Bessent.
