A meeting between the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, and the president of the Estonian parliament, the Riigikogu, Lauri Hussar, took place within the framework of Pashinyan’s official visit to Estonia.
First, the PM first made a note in the book of honored guests, and then the meeting continued within the framework of a working lunch, the PM’s office informs.
The speaker of the Estonian parliament attached importance to the official visit of the premier of Armenia, expressing confidence that bilateral cooperation will expand and strengthen.
The interlocutors attached importance to Armenia-Estonia interparliamentary cooperation, including on international platforms.
The further development of Armenia-EU relations was touched upon, too.
The parties exchanged views also on matters of regional importance; in particular, the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
