The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) representation building in Armenia’s capital Yerevan is not pledged as collateral to a bank, loan organization, or any other agency or individual, Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan has stated on Facebook.

“On the instructions of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, I have conducted legal inquiries and conducted other studies and received clear information, as well as an official response about the absence of a registered collateral pledge right to the property I noted.

Therefore, the information about the transfer of the representation building to the RA [(Republic of Armenia)] government or being pledge as collateral by the third president of Artsakh for a loan is imaginary and not real,” Yeritsyan added, in particular.
