The Zhoghovurd daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: On April 4, [Armenian Prime Minister] Nikol Pashinyan hosted a delegation led by the chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Tran Thanh Man, who is on an official visit to Armenia. The delegation did not come to the meeting with Pashinyan empty-handed.

From official sources, the Zhoghovurd daily found out that the chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam, Tran Thanh Man, gave Pashinyan a woman’s scarf as a gift.

According to the “Form for Registration of Gifts to Person Holding a Public Office or Public Servants” submitted to the Corruption Prevention Commission [of Armenia], the scarf cost 45 thousand 312 drams. The woman’s scarf received by the prime minister is made of bamboo and came in a decorative box.

Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam, Tran Thanh Man, presented Pashinyan with a 3D model of the National Assembly building of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, made of metal. It was made by the Vietnamese company Qua Quy and cost 45 thousand drams. We can assume that the woman’s scarf was for [Pashinyan’s wife] Anna Hakobyan, and the miniature—for Pashinyan. But as we understood, neither one nor the other was needed by the Pashinyans.
