The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, has issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of Victory and Peace Day.
“Happy May 9. Dear compatriots, I am confident that the lessons of our glorious victories and heavy losses will give us strength, and together we will build a stronger and peaceful Armenia,” the message reads.
